Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Invoice Follow-Up Co. at invoicefollowupco.com (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@invoicefollowupco.com.

What the service does

You create invoice pages that link to your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, etc.), and the service can email your clients automated payment reminders on your behalf. Invoice Follow-Up Co. never receives, holds or processes your clients' payments. It is not a debt collection agency and does not give legal, tax or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

• Only add clients you actually did work for, with amounts they actually owe, and email addresses you're allowed to contact.
• Don't use the service for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
• You're responsible for your invoices, payment links, and your relationship with your clients. Clients can stop reminders at any time with one click.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• The first 5 invoices are free. The Unlimited plan is $9/month (USD), billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from "Manage subscription" in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Unlimited until then.
• Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll look at it.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period after that.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the service running and the reminders on time, but it's provided "as is" without warranties, and we can't guarantee that any email is delivered or that any client pays. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, email us from your account email. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell active users by email.
